Overview
Our one day Intro Navigation & Map Reading for Hillwalkers course is designed as an introduction to navigation for hillwalkers.
We will spend the day out on the hill learning essential map reading and navigation skills. We will make use of paths and follow clear features. This is the ideal course if you are inexperienced navigating and map reading, and want to get yourself around the hill paths with confidence.
Locations
We offer of our basic navigation courses in the Southern Uplands and the Pentland Hills. If you have another location where you would like us to run a course please do get in touch – our freelance instructors are based all over UK.

We offer all our navigation courses privately on a date to suit you.
